CLC Genomics Workbench is live on Artemis!

CLC Genomics Workbench is live on Artemis!

The Sydney Informatics Hub is pleased to announce that the CLC Genomics Workbench has been integrated with the University’s High Performance Computer Artemis! This will enable researchers to perform their genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics and metagenomics analysis with even higher throughput on a user friendly platform (no command line knowledge necessary!).

We are also releasing an Introduction to CLC Genomics on Artemis course. This course is suitable for current users as well as anyone else who is interested in purchasing a subscription to the CLC Genomics Workbench.

We also have other bioinformatics training courses:

  • Introduction to DNA sequence analysis on Galaxy
  • Introduction to RNA sequence analysis on Galaxy
  • Intermediate to DNA sequence analysis on Artemis (coming soon)
  • Introduction to RNA sequence analysis on Artemis (coming soon)

For dates and to register into a course please see our training schedule.

As always, if you have questions about accessing facilities provided or supported by the Sydney Informatics Hub, including Ingenuity Pathway Analysis, or the University of Sydney’s own recently-upgraded Artemis cluster, give us a howl at sih.training@sydney.edu.au.
